Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern entry to the BLOK Capital Thread Contest(the “Contest”) and participation in the BLOK Capital Ambassador Program(the “Program”) operated by BLOK Capital DAO LLC(“BLOK Capital,” “we,” “our”).

By submitting an entry through the official submission form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit.

Entry is open to creators worldwide who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and not resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions.

DAO Core Contributors, contractors and immediate family members of BLOK Capital are not eligible to win.

The Contest opens on 11 May 2026, 09:30 UTC (3:00 PM IST). The closing instant will be announced separately and applied identically to every participant.

Entries are limited to one submission per X account. If you submit more than once, only your most recent valid entry will be evaluated.

You must comply with every clause published in the Articles on the Contest microsite, including following @blok_cap, joining the official BLOK Capital Discord server, retweeting the pinned announcement, tagging @blok_cap in your root tweet, including at least two visuals, and aligning your thread with the BLOK Capital whitepaper.

Entries that fabricate facts about the protocol, plagiarise other creators, or are produced wholesale by generative AI without meaningful human authorship will be disqualified.

Entries are read manually by the BLOK Capital DAO editorial team and scored against the four axes listed in the Evaluation section. Editorial judgement is final and not subject to appeal.

Six (6) winners share a total purse of USD 500 (USDC):

• 1st place — $150 USDC
• 2nd place — $120 USDC
• 3rd place — $80 USDC
• 4th, 5th, and 6th — $50 USDC each

All prizes are paid in USDC to a wallet address approved by BLOK Capital. Winners must provide a compatible wallet address that BLOK Capital is able to verify; we may decline to send funds to any address we cannot verify or that is flagged by our compliance checks.

Winners will be notified through their X account within fourteen (14) days of the closing instant and are responsible for any tax owed in their jurisdiction.

If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, does not provide an approved wallet address, or is found to be ineligible, BLOK Capital may, at its discretion, forfeit the prize or award it to the next-ranked entry.

Every Contest winner is invited to join the BLOK Capital Ambassador Program for a term of one (1) month from the date of the winners announcement (the “Term”).

The Program is voluntary and grants the winner the title BLOK Capital Ambassador, public recognition across BLOK Capital channels, and access to community briefings. It does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or contractor relationship between the Ambassador and BLOK Capital.

Ambassadors are expected to (a) represent BLOK Capital constructively on public channels, (b) refrain from publishing content that is misleading, defamatory, or in breach of applicable law, and (c) disclose their Ambassador status when posting promotional content about the protocol.

Either party may end the Ambassador relationship at any time on fourteen (14) days’ written notice. BLOK Capital may revoke Ambassador status with immediate effect for breach of these Terms or conduct that, in our reasonable judgement, brings the protocol or community into disrepute. Forfeiture of Ambassador status does not claw back cash prizes already paid.

You retain ownership of your submitted thread and any underlying original work. By entering, you grant BLOK Capital a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to quote, excerpt, repost, and reference your thread on BLOK Capital channels and in marketing materials, with appropriate credit to your X handle.

You warrant that your entry is your own work, does not infringe any third-party right, and is cleared for the licence granted above.

Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, market manipulation, and the publication of investment advice presented as fact are prohibited throughout the Contest and the Ambassador Term.

We collect only the data you submit through the form (your X handle and the URL of your thread) for the purpose of running the Contest and contacting winners. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.

BLOK Capital may disqualify an entry that breaches these Terms, modify or suspend the Contest if circumstances make it unworkable, and amend these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. The version in force at the moment of submission governs your entry.

The Contest and Program are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLOK Capital’s aggregate liability to any participant under these Terms is limited to the value of the prize that participant is entitled to receive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Marshall Islands, the jurisdiction of incorporation of BLOK Capital DAO LLC. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration seated in that jurisdiction.
